Job Full Description
We are seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for building, repairing, maintaining, and modifying dies, molds, fixtures, and other precision tooling used in production.
Responsibilities
-
Build, repair, and maintain production tooling and dies

Read blueprints and engineering drawings

Operate manual and CNC machining equipment

Perform precision machining, grinding, fitting, and fabrication

Troubleshoot tooling and production issues

Use precision measuring equipment to ensure accuracy

Work with engineering, maintenance, and production teams

Follow all safety and quality procedures
Qualifications

High school diploma/GED
-
Previous Tool & Die or machining experience preferred

Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

Ability to read blueprints

Experience with CNC and/or manual machining

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
