Express Employment Professionals in Shawnee is hiring a Superintendent/Foreman.
Pay & Benefits:

$60,000–$70,000 annually, depending on experience

Year-end bonus based on production and company profits

Monthly per diem

70% of health insurance paid by the company

One week of paid vacation during Christmas and New Year's

Company truck provided for work-related use
Job Responsibilities:
-
Manage job sites, equipment, and crews of 4–15 employees

Hire and supervise field crew members
-
Oversee daily production and job site operations
-
Maintain daily crew time reports, work details, and monthly IVMR reports
-
Track materials received, transferred, and sold
-
Work professionally with job site inspectors
-
Maintain, inspect, move, and operate equipment as needed
-
Communicate daily with the corporate office in Shawnee, OK, by phone and email
Requirements:

Construction experience required
-
Equipment operator experience required
-
Previous crew management and leadership skills
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
-
Valid driver's license required
-
CDL preferred, but not required
-
Must be willing to travel or stay at job sites during the workweek

Must be dependable, positive, and able to lead a team
Schedule & Travel:
-
Monday–Friday, typically 7 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM

One-hour lunch break or less, depending on the workday

Travel required, with projects primarily located in Texas, New Mexico, Kansas, and Oklahoma
