Job Title: Diagnostic Automotive Technician
Location: Eugene, Oregon
Position Type: Full-time
Schedule: Flexible fulltime hours between 6:15 AM and 5:30 PM Monday through Friday

Join our rapidly growing automotive business located in the downtown area of Eugene, Oregon! If you have a good deal of experience using automotive diagnostic tools and software and the ability to identify problems and make repairs on vehicles we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform automotive repairs with precision and efficiency.
- Conduct diagnostics using computer and scanning tools.
- Verify the effectiveness of repairs.
- Training and mentoring other team members as we expand.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in diagnostics, repair, and verification.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic scanning tools, vehicle hoists, AC machines, and brake lathes.
- Familiarity with common shop tools.
- Own tools preferred.
- Valid Driver's License, with a reasonably clean driving record (3 years).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.

Candidates with a background in dealerships seeking a more comfortable and dynamic work environment are encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting pay of $20 per hour and above, based on experience (BOE).
- Potential for commission-based compensation down the line, rewarding high productivity.
- Transition possibilities into base salary and bonus structures.
- Anticipated total compensation of around $70,000 annually.
