Job Full Description
Express is seeking a reliable and organized part-time courier to transport two-way radio equipment between our client's office and various schools within the Eugene School District. The primary responsibility will be picking up equipment for repair, returning it after repairs are completed, and managing a weekly delivery schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to schools within the Eugene School District to pick up two-way radio equipment requiring repair.
- Transport equipment safely and securely back to the office.
- Return repaired equipment to the appropriate schools.
- Coordinate with office staff and school personnel regarding pick-up and delivery times.
- Maintain a weekly schedule for pick-ups and deliveries.
- Ensure the safe handling and transport of all equipment.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
- Proof of a good driving record (company car provided with proof).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Familiarity with the Eugene area and school district is a plus.
Schedule:
- Part-time, approximately 12-15 hours per week.
- Schedule will be set on a weekly basis, likely on Mondays.
- Start time will typically be at the office location before heading into the field.
