Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently will contribute significantly to our success.
What you’ll do
- A/R A/P, Finance, Basic Excel & QuickBooks.
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Utilize Paychex to process payroll for up to 11 FTE.
- Provide outstanding customer support through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with the team on office management tasks, enhancing overall productivity
Basic qualifications
- Typing at 40 WPM
- High degree of confidentiality working with employee information
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Preferred qualifications
- Payroll, A/R A/P, Basic Excel experience
- 1 to 3 years of prior experience, in QuickBooks, Microsoft suite
