The Quality Control Inspector I position maintains quality standards by conducting in-process and final inspections on finished products. This person will complete tasks such as running tests, keeping a record of defects, maintaining results, analyzing products, and following procedures and work instructions. The production environment is fast paced and requires a high attention to detail.
Duties:
· Conduct in-process and final quality inspections of manufactured goods.· Compare manufactured items to established quality standards, such as dimensions, tolerances, and workmanship requirements.
· Identify and report any defects and/or nonconformities to the Quality Control Lead.
· Work closely with other quality control inspectors and team members to ensure the quality of all manufactured products are consistent with established quality procedures and workmanship standards.
· Assist with the resolution of internal quality issues and customer complaints.
· Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
· Support established KPIs within the Quality Department.
· Support innovation and continual improvement.
- Keep workplace clean, tidy and in good condition.
- Return all tools and equipment to their designated spot after each use.

Requirements:
Reliable transportation as public transit does not service this shift/location
· Ability to lift/ move up to 50 pounds of material without assistance. Ability to lift over 50 pounds with assistance from others
· Ability to sit, bend or stand for long periods of time
· Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced
· Engaging in repetitive movements of wrists, hands, and fingers.
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Previous experience in manufacturing Quality Control preferred
