Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our products and services.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately, using our order management system.
- Obtain prior authorizations from insurance companies by completing necessary paperwork, following up on approvals, and communicating with both customers and insurance providers.
- Bill insurance companies accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper coding and documentation for claim submission.
- Maintain the retail space, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring products are well-presented.
- Greet customers in the showroom with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, providing assistance and product information as needed.
- Perform light cleaning duties, such as sweeping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces, to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Handle documentation related to customer orders, prior authorizations, insurance claims, and other relevant activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Document all customer interactions, transactions, and prior authorization/insurance billing activities accurately in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Keyboarding skills, data entry
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is a plus.
