Showroom Sales & Customer Service Representative
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (or 7:30am–4:30pm; some flexibility)
Compensation:
$24.00–$26.00/hr base + commission opportunities
Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented professional to join our high-end showroom team specializing in kitchen and bathroom fixtures. This role will work directly with homeowners and contractors, providing exceptional customer service while supporting sales, quote preparation, and coordination with internal departments. A strong cultural fit and commitment to delivering a premium customer experience are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist homeowners and contractors in a luxury showroom environment
- Build and process customer quotes for high-end kitchen and bathroom products
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and documentation
- Communicate and collaborate with multiple departments
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all customer interactions and orders
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service background (sales experience is a plus, but not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic office software
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
