Our Business Developers develop multiple lines of business within a defined territory for our staffing agency. Express Employment Professionals is one of the largest/fastest growing staffing companies in North America. We are fueling that growth with opportunities for ascending sales professionals at multiple locations across our footprint.

The primary focus of this job is to bring in new business. Daily activities include:
Qualifying business opportunities and contacting key decision-makers with B2B Face-to-Face and phone cold calls, video conferences, and appointment setting.
Use of consultative selling techniques, value-add programs, and digital marketing platforms.
Exercise discipline and persistence while following a daily/weekly plan.
Demonstrate the desire/drive to become a top-performing sales professional.
This is an exempt position, working from our office. Normal office hours are 7:30 am to 5 pm, but may require additional time outside these hours

Compensation and Benefits:
· Base Salary + uncapped new client sales commissions & competitive performance bonuses
· Expected total compensation in the first year is $45-55K
