Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate with sit-down forklift experience to join a growing team. This is a hands-on role that involves operating a forklift, picking and pulling orders, and performing general warehouse duties in an outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
• Pick, pull, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load and unload materials
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous sit-down forklift experience required
• Experience with order picking and pulling preferred
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including seasonal heat and cold
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Steel-toed boots required

Requirements

• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a 6-panel drug screen
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
