Farm Laborer
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Farm Laborer to join our team. This position involves general farm work, equipment operation support, and assisting with daily agricultural tasks in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform general farm labor and field work
- Assist with planting, irrigation, harvesting, and livestock duties as needed
- Operate and maintain farm tools and equipment safely
- Help troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and perform basic repairs
- Load, unload, and move materials around the property
- Follow safety procedures and work effectively with the team
Qualifications
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to use and maintain farm equipment
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
