Express is hiring for our client: Skilled Carpenter – Custom Home Builder
Are you an experienced carpenter with a passion for quality craftsmanship? Our client, a leading custom home builder, is looking for a Skilled Carpenter to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on unique, high-quality residential projects where attention to detail and pride in your work truly matter.
Responsibilities:

Perform all aspects of carpentry work for custom home builds, remodels, and finishing projects

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications

Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and other materials with precision
-
Operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment safely
-
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met

Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
Qualifications:
-
3+ years of carpentry experience (custom home building experience preferred)

Ability to read blueprints and construction documents

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools

Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team

Must have valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
