Schedule: Full-time; must be available to work weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times; good hygiene and presentation are essential.

Assist customers via phone, email, and in-person, helping them find products that meet their needs.

Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly, professional manner.

Present and promote loyalty and marketing programs.

Manage the full sales cycle, from quote to close.

Contribute to outbound marketing efforts to grow the customer base.

Process orders, special orders, and catalog requests accurately and efficiently.
