General Landscaping Laborer
Position: Landscaping Laborer
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: $16
Schedule: Hours may vary based on workload, weather, and project needs.
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Landscaping Laborer to join our team. This position will assist with a variety of outdoor landscaping and property maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable performing physical labor.
Responsibilities
- Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas
- Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other vegetation
- Weed, rake, remove leaves, and perform general yard cleanup
- Assist with planting, mulching, pruning, and soil preparation
- Operate basic landscaping equipment and hand tools
- Load, unload, and transport landscaping materials
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow safety procedures and properly care for equipment
- Assist with seasonal landscaping and property maintenance projects
- Perform other general labor duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license is a plus
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, willing to learn, and takes pride in maintaining properties and completing quality work. Landscaping experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
Schedule Flexibility: Hours can vary from week to week depending on weather, workload, and current landscaping projects. Flexibility is preferred.
