Production / Manufacturing Worker
Pay: $17.50/hour to start
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
Type: Temporary-to-Hire
Openings: 2
We are hiring 2 dependable Production Workers to join a local manufacturing team. These positions offer a four-day workweek and the potential to be hired on permanently by the client for the right candidates.
What You’ll Do

Work primarily on the paint line

Assist with painting, laminating, and production of panels

Work in different areas of the plant as needed

Rotate between the paint line, plant floor, and TFL panel production

Follow safety and production procedures
-
Perform physical, hands-on work in a manufacturing environment

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Schedule
Tuesday–Friday | 6:00 AM–4:00 PM

Four 10-hour shifts

30-minute paid lunch
What We’re Looking For

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Ability to work a full 10-hour shift

Comfortable with physical, hands-on work

Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures

Manufacturing or production experience is helpful, but not required

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test

Must meet Oregon background screening requirements
