Producing Quality parts that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Interprets the quality aspects of the product by using standards that meet the ESI Quality Verification Manual for Carrier plates, Belts, and Paste wheels. This is completed by using both manual and electronic measuring devices.
Machine operator 4 position is responsible for managing the flow of multiple machine centers, interpreting machine and product parameters, verifying that the product meets the standards to pass Final Audit, and that all production requirements are met.
This position requires that all safety guidelines are followed, a complete understanding of the process work instructions, operation of equipment, and participation in ongoing training sessions such as lean manufacturing concepts and product quality changes.
This position is a key link between Management, Quality, and Engineering regarding issues that affect product quality.
Understand the basic needs of the ISO 9001:2000 certification requirements
Maintain a clean production area
Perform other duties as assigned
Have basic knowledge of computer use
