Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a Brand Ambassador for a local client. This is a great opportunity for an outgoing, community-minded individual who enjoys meeting people, attending local events, and building relationships throughout Southern Oregon.
In this role, you'll help increase local awareness of broadband services by representing the business at community events, Chamber meetings, nonprofit gatherings, and other local activities. You'll educate the public about available services, answer questions, and connect interested customers with the appropriate team.
Key Responsibilities

Represent the business at community events, fairs, festivals, Chamber meetings, and civic gatherings.

Coordinate event schedules, prepare promotional materials, and manage booth setup and teardown.

Build relationships with local businesses, community organizations, nonprofits, and civic groups.

Explain available broadband services and answer general customer questions.

Generate leads, document interactions in the CRM, and coordinate follow-up with the appropriate team.

Work with marketing and customer service teams to support community outreach efforts.

Travel throughout the assigned market to attend events and meet with community partners.
Qualifications

Outgoing, positive personality with strong face-to-face communication skills.

Experience in community outreach, event coordination, marketing, public relations, or customer-facing roles preferred.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Comfortable using mobile apps, CRM systems, and other digital tools.

Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable personal vehicle capable of transporting event supplies.

Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends based on the community event schedule.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift or carry event materials weighing up to 40 pounds.

Broadband, telecommunications, Chamber, or civic organization experience is a plus. Bilingual skills are also a plus.

This is a salaried, non-commissioned position.

A flexible hybrid work arrangement is available, with periodic in-office meetings.

Local travel is required. Mileage is reimbursed at the current IRS rate.

A monthly stipend is provided for the use of a personal phone for business applications.

Candidates must successfully complete required pre-employment screening, including background checks and drug, alcohol, and cannabis testing.
