Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Laborer to join a fencing company in Central Point. The Yard Laborer will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to the storage and maintenance of fencing materials, tools, and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading fencing materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and trailers
- Store fencing materials, tools, and equipment in an organized and safe manner in the yard
- Ensure that all fencing materials are properly labeled and tagged
- Inspect fencing materials for damages or defects and report any issues to the supervisor
- Operate various tools and equipment such as forklifts.
- Keep the yard clean and free of debris
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as sweeping and power washing
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
