Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a locally owned and well-established construction company in the Medford area. Our client specializes in residential and light commercial construction and is looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Laborer to join their growing team.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and clean construction sites to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Assist with residential and light commercial construction projects.
- Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Dig trenches and perform general site preparation.
- Assist with concrete work, including setting, bracing, and removing forms.
- Perform light demolition and debris removal.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Measure and cut materials accurately using a tape measure and other tools.
- Follow blueprints, work instructions, and supervisor direction.
- Maintain compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous construction or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
- Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds or more.
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, twist, and climb throughout the workday.
- Perform repetitive physical tasks in a variety of weather conditions.
