Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Days Off: Split days off during the week

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at a growing stove and spa company. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, has an eye for design, and can provide exceptional service while helping clients select products that fit their needs.
The Sales Associate will assist customers in our showroom, provide product information, prepare quotes, support sales activities, and help create a positive customer experience from initial inquiry through purchase.
Essential Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Provide product knowledge and guidance on stone products, spa options, accessories, and related services
- Help customers select products based on their preferences, budget, and project needs
- Prepare quotes, estimates, and sales documentation accurately
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotes, and sales opportunities
- Maintain showroom appearance, organization, and product displays
- Answer incoming calls, respond to customer questions, and provide excellent customer service
- Enter customer information and sales details into company systems
- Build strong customer relationships and support repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth sales and service processes
Qualifications
- Previous sales, customer service, retail, or showroom experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to listen to customer needs and provide solutions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable learning product details and explaining options to customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn sales software
