Job Full Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented quality inspector to join our team on first shift. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an inspector or machinist. This is a full time position Mon-Fri from 6am-230pm.
Responsibilities:
- Perform batch, interval and first article inspections according to specifications
- Carefully check all dimensions indicated on prints during inspection
- Document inspection results thoroughly on inspection sheets for record keeping
- Conduct inspections efficiently to meet production needs
- Identify any non-conformances or issues and alert supervisors
- Suggest improvements to inspection processes and standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an inspector or machinist highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of quality standards and inspection procedures
- Good written and verbal communication skills
