Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Production Assembly & Inspection Technician to join a local manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys hands-on work. No previous manufacturing experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
This position is initially a 6-month seasonal assignment with the potential to become a permanent, full-time opportunity based on business needs and performance.
Schedule & Pay
- $17.00-18.00 per hour starting pay
- Monday–Thursday schedule
- Initial schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
- After training: 7:30 AM–5:30 PM, Monday–Thursday
- Friday–Sunday off
- Potential bonuses based on length of employment and company performance
Job Duties
- Assemble products according to drawings, work instructions, and specifications
- Inspect incoming materials and finished products
- Perform pressure testing and document results
- Operate equipment used for marking parts
- Maintain accurate test, inspection, inventory, and work order records
- Assist with inventory management
- Keep products clean and organized throughout the production process
- Package and prepare products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Identify problems and communicate ideas for improving efficiency and product quality
- Follow procedures to ensure quality products are delivered to customers
Qualifications
- No previous experience required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail

- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes

Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
