Job Full Description
Express is seeking a Receptionist for a local insurance broker in Grants Pass.
Key Responsibilities and duties
Answer incoming service call for 4 locations throughout Oregon. Helping ensure over 700 clients have their auto, business, and health insurance needs met. Sorting mail and consistent communication with clients.
Skills and Equipment
- Able to navigate computers or tablets
- Great Communication Skills
- Happy, energetic, able to multitask
- Able to use computers, fax, scanner, copy machine, iPad/tablet
- Able to sit for duration of the shift
- Must be able to do walks occasionally around the office to deliver mail or assist customers
- Able to send emails, take messages, and light filing and data entry in order to bridge the gap between clients and health companies.
- Receptionist experience strongly preferred
- Highschool Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
Position is Fulltime Monday-Friday.
