I. Job Title: Welder/Fabricator Positions
II. What is the opportunity?
Are you interested in Welder/Fabricator jobs in the Eastern South Dakota, Southwest Minnesota, and Northwest Iowa markets? If so, we may have or be able to find the right job for you.
III. How will you spend your time?
a. These clients will accommodate training for early-career welders, and provide increased responsibilities for the more skilled and experienced welders. In these roles, one can weld from jigs, free hand, and robotic applications using MIG or TIG.
IV. We are excited about you if?
a. A work history of good performance, reliability, and job longevity.
b. Meaningful experience in a Welder/Fabricator role.
c. Good attention to detail and accuracy.
d. Proficient English communication skills.
e. Have full physical abilities (strength, flexibility, mobility) to meet the requirements of the job.

a. Work Schedule: We offer a variety of 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities.
b. Starting Compensation: We offer wages from $20 to $26 hr. for most roles, and more for supervisor and manager roles, depending on experience and the job.
