Job Full Description
Do you enjoy and take pride in operating manufacturing equipment? We are hiring a Machine Operator Lead/Production Lead to join the team of a national custom insulation manufacturer to make insulation barrier systems for steel buildings.
- How will you spend your time?
- Overseeing daily production operations, ensuring schedules are met and quality standards are maintained
- Managing incoming material shipments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and conditions of shipment.
- Being responsible for training, teaching and coaching quality on all work that is completed.
- Communicating internally and externally with vendors.
- Other duties as assigned

- Work history of good performance, reliability, and job longevity.
- 3+ years with preference for manufacturing and machine operation experience.
- Administrative/Computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good English communication and basic math skills.
- Full physical ability to meet the varying demands of the job.
- What do you get in return?
- Work Schedule: 6 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday and 6 AM to 4;30PM on Friday or work till done.
- Starting Compensation: $20.00 to $23.00 hr.
