AS9100 Quality Manager – Aerospace Manufacturing
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Position Type: Contract-to-Hire
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced AS9100 Quality Manager for an aerospace manufacturing company in the Fort Worth area. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing organization looking for a hands-on leader to help strengthen and maintain their quality management system.
The ideal candidate will have strong AS9100 Rev D experience and a background leading quality initiatives within aerospace or aviation manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain the company’s AS9100 Rev D quality management system
- Prepare for and support internal, customer, and third-party audits
- Develop and improve quality procedures, documentation, and compliance processes
- Partner with production and operations teams to drive continuous improvement
- Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and root cause investigations
- Ensure compliance with aerospace manufacturing standards and customer requirements
- Help build scalable quality systems in a growing manufacturing environment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of quality management experience in aerospace manufacturing
- Strong working knowledge of AS9100 Rev D standards
- Experience leading audits and maintaining compliance programs
- Background in startup, small-company, or fast-growth manufacturing environments preferred
- Experience managing quality systems, procedures, and documentation
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Compensation
Pay will depend on experience and background. Company is open to discussing competitive contract-to-hire compensation packages.
