Warehouse Dock Associate / Forklift Operator
South Fort Worth, TX
$18-$21/hr | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Contract-to-Hire Opportunity with Express Employment Professionals
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Dock Associate / Forklift Operator for a growing logistics and equipment operation in South Fort Worth.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on warehouse work, operating forklifts, and being part of a fast-paced team environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to safely handle equipment and inventory in a busy dock environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
- Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
- Prepare and load outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently
- Assist with equipment staging, setup, and breakdown as needed
- Inspect equipment for cleanliness, damage, and operational readiness
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues when necessary
- Follow warehouse procedures, safety standards, and supervisor direction
- Support team operations across multiple warehouse functions
- Provide professional customer interaction when onsite support is needed
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy equipment safely
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Team-oriented mindset with good organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must provide basic hand tools
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, or after-hours as business needs require
