Inside Sales / Order Management
Manufacturing company in south Fort Worth is adding an Inside Sales / Order Management associate to their team!!
Ideal candidates will have:
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, order management, account management, or supply chain
- Ability to manage the full order cycle from order entry, verification, and processing to shipping and delivery confirmation
- Excellent customer service skills to address inquiries, resolve order issues, handle returns or exchanges, and communicate delays or exceptions to maintain customer satisfaction
- Ability to work closely with sales, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to streamline order fulfillment
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused
