Job Full Description
A Loan company in Fort Worth is adding a Branch Manager to their team!
Schedule: Monday to Friday, alternating 8:30a-5:30p & 9:30a-6:30p AND 1 Saturday a month (typically the last Saturday)
Pay: $20-$22/hr
Job Duties
- Lead, train, and motivate branch employees to achieve performance goals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Oversee loan application processing and ensure compliance with company policies
- Conduct field collections by visiting customers’ homes or workplaces when necessary
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Ensure proper cash handling and office security
- Drive branch growth through marketing and outreach efforts
- Manage customer concerns, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Minimum 1 year of management/lead experience
