Pickers Needed in South Fort Worth, TX
Pay: $16/hr, increasing to $19/hr upon being hired on
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Opportunity: Contract-to-Hire
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Pickers for a client company in Fort Worth. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with warehouse experience who are dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The selected candidates will pick, move, and organize materials while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
Picker Responsibilities

Pick and retrieve materials accurately according to orders

Move and stage products throughout the warehouse
Verify items and quantities to ensure order accuracy

Assist with loading, unloading, and general material handling

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Picker Qualifications

Previous warehouse or picking experience preferred

Ability to accurately pick and handle materials

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to follow work and safety instructions

Reliable attendance and ability to work Monday–Friday
