We are currently hiring a Blender / Production Operator for a full-time, long-term opportunity in Payson. This position is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience who enjoys staying active, following processes, and working in a clean production environment.
This role plays an important part in producing high-quality nutraceutical products by accurately weighing, blending, and preparing materials according to production instructions.
Job Duties
- Weigh and blend raw materials according to batch instructions
- Operate blending equipment and production machinery
- Follow batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Complete production documentation and cleaning logs accurately
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment
- Work closely with production leads and team members to keep production moving efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Experience in food production, nutraceuticals, or pharmaceuticals is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable following written instructions and procedures
- English speaking required
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
