Job Full Description
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: $17.00 /HR
Duties:
-
Trim, cut, and shape wood products according to project specifications
-
Operate hand tools, saws, and other woodworking equipment safely and efficiently
-
Assist in assembling wooden structures and components as directed
-
Follow written and verbal instructions to complete assigned tasks accurately
-
Lift, move, and position materials weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the workday
-
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards
-
Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures

Support team members and supervisors with additional general labor tasks as needed
Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma or GED required
-
Previous experience using saws, hand tools, or working in a woodshop environment is preferred
-
Ability to accurately follow instructions and complete tasks with attention to detail
-
Physically able to stand for 10-hour shifts and perform repetitive movements such as bending, lifting, and twisting
-
Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take initiative
-
Dependable and punctual with the ability to work in a team-focused environment
