What we're looking for in a Production Team Lead:
· Direct and manage the shop floor team, including machine operators and assemblers. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
· Oversee daily production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products. Update schedules as necessary to meet changing demands.
· Ensure all products meet quality standards set by industry standards
· Serve as the primary liaison between shop floor workers and upper management. Communicate goals, changes, and feedback effectively.
