Meet Rich McCord, a standout member of our team since April 2021, earning recognition as one of our Top 50 Sales Reps. With close to two decades of residency in the Mobile area, Rich's roots run deep in the community. Following an illustrious eight-year tenure in the United States Air Force, where he served on AC-130 gunships, Rich transitioned seamlessly into the realm of sales and customer service. Armed with nearly 14 years of expertise in the staffing and recruiting industry, Rich excels in cultivating client relationships, fostering trust, and championing a collaborative team environment. His passion lies in the art of connecting with others and facilitating mutually beneficial partnerships.

Matt Godwin

Business Development Manager

Matt is a proud Mobile native and graduate of the University of South Alabama. With extensive experience in sales, account management, and customer success, he is dedicated to building strong client relationships and helping local businesses achieve their goals.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, their three-year-old daughter, and their dog, Fuller. He’s a big LSU sports fan and also loves golfing, cooking, days at the beach, and supporting local businesses in the community.

Office Manager

Meet Amber, a valued member of the Express family since 2011. Starting as a Front Office Coordinator and later excelling as a Skilled Trades Recruiter, Amber now leads the Mobile team as the Office Manager. She is happily married and a proud mom to her son, Finn. Amber is a passionate traveler and adventurous baker, with cheesecake as her ultimate dessert indulgence. Alexandra Dubose

Marketing Director 

Alexandra has been part of the Express Employment Professionals team since 2017 and supports several offices across Mobile, Baldwin County, the Emerald Coast, Tallahassee, and LaGrange, GA. She brings more than a decade of experience in marketing and sales, with a strong focus on building connections and helping teams share their story.

A graduate of the University of South Alabama, Allie earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management in 2013. She began her career in New England, working in radio for a sports station near Boston, before returning home to Alabama. Along the way, she has been recognized locally, including Access Magazine’s “50 Most Beautiful” in 2021 and Business Alabama & AGC’s “40 Under 40” in 2023.

Outside of work, Allie enjoys spending time outdoors—whether hiking, kayaking, fishing, or hunting—as well as listening to live music and making memories with family and friends.

Tino has been working in staffing for over 20 years and has been with Express Employment Professionals for over 10 years and counting! As a key member of the Skilled Trades Team, Tino brings extensive expertise and dedication to his role.

A proud Bayside Academy graduate, Tino earned his undergraduate degree from Spring Hill College, majoring in Political Science. He furthered his education at Schiller International University’s London, England campus, where he obtained a Master’s in International Relations with a specialization in International Business.

Outside work, Tino cherishes spending quality time with his family, enjoying the outdoors, and hunting. His favorite aspect of his career is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping people achieve their goals and find fulfilling careers.

Wes is a proud native of Fredericksburg, Texas and yes, he’ll absolutely want to know if you’ve ever been there. With over a decade of experience in specialized recruiting, he has built a career focused on financial and legal placements, partnering with organizations ranging from three-person startups to Fortune 10 institutions.

Wes is known for his ability to truly understand both sides of the hiring equation. He doesn’t just fill roles, he helps companies solve complex staffing challenges with precision, discretion, and long-term strategy in mind.

Outside the office, Wes trades recruiting calls for bass lines, playing with local jazz groups whenever he can. Meet Troy! A graduate of the University of South Alabama and the U.S. Army's Command and General Staff College, Troy is a retired Army Aviation Officer and a former City of Mobile Police Officer. With extensive experience in industrial staffing, he excels as an associate mentor, leader, and OSHA-authorized Construction Trainer.

Troy works part-time with us and part-time at Theodore High School, where he continues to share his knowledge and leadership. An avid reader, he recommends the inspiring book Success Through a Positive Mental Attitude by Napoleon Hill and W. Clement Stone to everyone looking to grow personally and professionally.

Meet Kierra! We’re excited to introduce Kierra Shinn, our energetic Intake Recruiter at Express Mobile! Her vibrant energy and passion for helping others make her a favorite among our associates.

At 30 years old, Kierra is a proud mom to her 8-year-old son, Braxton. Outside of work, she loves singing at events around Mobile, teaching music and drama to the youth at her church, and spending time with her family. She’s also a huge fan of Mardi Gras and loves celebrating the season.

Before joining our Mobile team, she gained experience in marketing for a local realty company, medical billing (4+ years), and the food industry (8+ years). Married with four energetic boys, Mary Ann is a true embodiment of dedication and zest for life.

Meet Jessica Rodgers, our dedicated Payroll Administrator at Express! Jessica brings a wealth of experience to her role, with a background in payroll and HR spanning several years. Before transitioning to HR, she spent time in radiology and ecology, showcasing her diverse skill set and passion for helping others.

Outside of work, Jessica’s life is full of adventure and family. She’s a proud mom to two boys, ages 17 and 5, and a devoted animal lover. Having fostered dogs in the past, she now cares for two adorable pups—Weenie, a Cheweenie, and Ranger, a Black Lab mix. Jessica enjoys hunting, fishing, and curling up in her free time with a good book.
