Job Title: Electrical Helper

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Helper with at least 3 years of hands-on experience to assist electricians in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems. The ideal candidate will be proficient in bending conduit and supporting various electrical tasks in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist electricians with the installation of electrical systems including wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs under supervision.
- Bend and install conduit using hand and power tools.
- Pull wire and cable through conduit.
- Prepare and clean work areas and tools.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with electrical codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Load, unload, and organize electrical materials and tools.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical work or as an electrical helper.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques used in conduit bending.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and components.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver’s license may be required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in commercial or industrial electrical projects.
- Knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
