Responsibilities
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Fit and assemble structural components, including steel and aluminum, according to specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform fitting tasks with precision.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding or fitting is a plus.
- Proven experience as a structural fitter or similar role, preferably in a shipbuilding or manufacturing environment.
