A local company is looking for a Power Equipment Service Writer to assist customers and coordinate repair orders for small engine and power equipment service.
Responsibilities include:
• Greeting customers and documenting service needs
• Writing and managing repair work orders
• Communicating with technicians about equipment repairs
• Updating customers on service status and timelines
• Ordering parts and maintaining service records
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a service writer or in equipment repair service environment
• Knowledge of power equipment or small engines preferred
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
