Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair various types of signs, including indoor and outdoor signage.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
- Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete installations.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and provide recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards during installations.
- Perform routine maintenance on installed signs to ensure longevity and functionality.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
- Proven experience in sign installation or a related field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
