We're seeking an experienced Trim Carpenter with a strong eye for detail and pride in producing high-quality finish work. If you have experience installing trim, molding, doors, cabinets, and other finish carpentry components, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Install and finish baseboards, crown molding, door and window casings
- Hang and adjust interior and exterior doors
- Install cabinets, shelving, and custom woodwork
- Measure, cut, and fit materials with precision
- Read blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Perform touch-up and finish work as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with project supervisors and team members to ensure projects are completed on time
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in trim or finish carpentry required
- Skilled with hand and power tools
- Ability to accurately measure and cut materials
- Knowledge of construction methods and safety practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow detailed instructions
