Job Full Description
We are seeking a Recruiter to support our client's team. This position may be part-time or full-time and is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of recruiting experience who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for open positions.

Create, post, and maintain job postings across recruiting platforms.

Source and screen qualified candidates.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting records.
-
Assist with onboarding and other HR-related projects as needed.
Qualifications
-
3–5 years of recruiting experience preferred.

Experience recruiting within aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, or another technical industry is a plus.

Paycor experience preferred, but not required.

Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions.
-
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online job boards.
