Job Full Description
Candidate will be responsible for the following:
- General maintenance on apartment complexes including:
- Painting
- Plumbing
- Changing out light bulbs and light fixtures
Candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in either construction or apartment maintenance
- Available for full time hours: 7 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday
- Must be available for some weekend work as needed
- Must have valid driver's license and own vehicle
