Job Title: Outside Sales Representative
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $25/hour + Commission Opportunities

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with commercial clients, identifying their safety needs, and offering tailored product solutions. The ideal candidate is self-directed, confident in face-to-face sales, and passionate about workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads and develop existing accounts in an assigned territory

Visit commercial businesses to assess safety needs and recommend appropriate first aid and safety solutions

Deliver and replenish first aid kits and safety equipment as needed

Conduct product demonstrations and explain compliance benefits

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools

Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics

Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support
Qualifications:
-
1+ years of outside sales or field sales experience preferred
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
-
Ability to lift and carry products (up to 30 lbs)

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset

Experience in the safety, healthcare, or B2B sales industry a plus
