Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Part-Time | Monday through Sunday (Flexible Availability)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at a growing air conditioning company. In this role, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with scheduling, service inquiries, and general support.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner

Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm appointments, or offer services

Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians

Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and availability

Handle customer concerns or complaints with a solutions-oriented mindset

Maintain clear and organized customer records in our system

Work closely with dispatch and operations to ensure service quality and efficiency
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM or scheduling software

Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed

High level of professionalism and dependability
