Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Tempe, AZ
Reports to: Warehouse Operations Manager
Status: Hourly
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $17.50
Overview:
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support warehouse operations by processing data, orders, and returns using internal systems. This role is critical in converting inbound shipment details into actionable information and ensuring high-quality service for both internal teams and clients. This role is also located in the warehouse so they are hands on and accessible for warehouse employees
Key Responsibilities:

Process inbound/outbound manifests and BOLs

Maintain accurate records in the client's SAP system

Collaborate with material handlers, truck drivers, and client contacts to ensure smooth operations

Use shipping software (FedEx, UPS) for small parcel freight
-
Maintain and audit daily logs and metric spreadsheets
-
Create business reports and spreadsheets
-
Schedule inbound containers and support inventory management

Conduct cycle counts and generate stock status reports

Ensure order accuracy through communication with warehouse staff and clients

Provide exceptional customer service

Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-
2+ years of warehouse experience
-
SAP experience required
-
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Physical Requirements:
-
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day

May require repetitive lifting and carrying

Must be able to document and communicate clearly
