Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Pay: $16–$17 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:

Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM (through August)

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM (starting in September)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and reliable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized, and committed to delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person

Process orders, returns, and updates in company systems

Provide accurate product or service information

Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department

Maintain detailed and accurate customer records

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Support other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with basic computer systems (email, order entry, Microsoft Office)

Customer service experience preferred

Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Availability to work Monday–Thursday through August, and Monday–Friday starting in September, 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM
