Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Pay: $16–$17 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM (through August)

  • Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM (starting in September)

 


Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and reliable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized, and committed to delivering excellent service.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person

  • Process orders, returns, and updates in company systems

  • Provide accurate product or service information

  • Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department

  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

  • Support other administrative duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with basic computer systems (email, order entry, Microsoft Office)

  • Customer service experience preferred

  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Availability to work Monday–Thursday through August, and Monday–Friday starting in September, 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM
