Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Pay: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM


Job Summary:

A well-established pool sales and service company is seeking a dependable and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support daily operations. This role involves handling customer communication, processing work orders and invoices, and coordinating service schedules using various software platforms. Pool industry experience is a plus, but not required—we provide on-the-job training for all pool-specific programs.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner

  • Schedule service appointments and communicate job updates with technicians and customers

  • Enter and update customer records and service orders in CRM (Thrive)

  • Create and send invoices using QuickBooks

  • Organize and edit service documentation using Adobe Acrobat

  • Assist with managing technician routes and work orders through Skimmer

  • Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical records

  • Provide general support to sales and service departments as needed


Requirements:

  • 1+ year of customer service or office support experience

  • Proficient in QuickBooks, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM platforms (Thrive experience is a plus)

  • Comfortable learning and using new digital tools like Skimmer

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic

  • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
