### **Job Description:**
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as **Customer Sales and Warehouse Support**. This role involves working at the sales counter, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with hands-on tasks, and is willing to learn new skills, including driving a 24-foot stakebed truck and operating a forklift.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Sales Counter Support:**
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer customer inquiries about products and services
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Help customers with product selection and provide product knowledge
- **Warehouse Support:**
- Assist with the receiving, storage, and organization of inventory
- Pick and pack orders for shipment or customer pick-up
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and organized at all times
- **Driving & Equipment Handling:**
- Safely drive a 24-foot stakebed truck for local deliveries (valid driver’s license required)
- Willing to learn how to operate a forklift (training provided)
- Load and unload materials from trucks, using appropriate equipment as needed
### **Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or warehouse environments is preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving a 24-foot stakebed truck (no CDL required)
- Willingness to learn forklift operation (training will be provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks regularly
- Ability to work in a team environment and support various tasks as needed
