Staffing company in Tempe is seeking Customer Service candidates. This company takes pride in connecting tradespeople and work across a wide range of trades, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, welding, solar installations and more. Whether you need a single tradesperson or require a coordinated effort to dispatch skilled workers across multiple projects, we ensure you have the right people with the right tools, on-site and on time.
Must type 45 wpm (test required in office)
Must be open to potential shift start at 4:00AM
Must pass a 7 year background screening and oral drug screening
Job Duties:
- Handling high volume inbound calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
- Making outbound calls to clients to verify worker arrivals and satisfaction
- Building/maintaining relationships with clients
- Other general customer service/admin related tasks
Who you are:
- Has a positive/outgoing personality
- Ability to work well in fast paced environment
- Ability to multi task
- Bilingual in Spanish is strongly recommended
- Highschool Diploma or GED
