Job Overview
Are you looking for a high-impact way to earn extra income in the afternoons? We are seeking a motivated, persistent Inside Sales Representative to join a leading local service provider. This is a specialized role focused on high-volume outbound calling to fuel our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:

Focused Outbound Calling: Dedicate 2 hours per day to calling prospective business clients.

Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and introduce them to our industry-leading services.

Appointment Setting: Successfully transition interested leads to our senior account managers.

Daily Reporting: Briefly track your call volume and outcomes within our local office system.
Requirements:

In-Office Availability: Must be able to work from our Tempe location between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

Resilience: A thick skin and a positive attitude toward cold calling are essential.

Clear Communication: Ability to speak professionally and persuasively over the phone.

Consistency: Commitment to the 10-hour work week (5 days a week, 2 hours a day).
