Core Responsibilities

Team Coordination: Oversee a specific production line or station, ensuring all associates are following safety protocols and quality standards.

Workflow Management: Monitor production flow to meet hourly and daily output goals; troubleshoot bottlenecks as they arise.

Training & Mentorship: Onboard new associates and provide ongoing coaching to ensure the team is performing at its best.

Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all components meet the high standards of the electric vehicle industry.

Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between front-line associates and upper management.
Requirements

Experience: At least 1–2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (Automotive experience is a huge plus).

Availability: Must be able to work the full 6-day schedule (Monday–Saturday) and handle consistent overtime.

Skills: Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to stand/walk for the duration of a 10-hour shift.

Reliability: A proven track record of excellent attendance and punctuality.
